Mornings are now edged with chill.

There's crispness in the air.

A crackle and a crinkle.

Wood smoke scents.

And a sense of change and loss.

The wheel has turned.

Leanne said...: it seems strange seeing all the autumn blogs when we are in spring. Saying that spring has been cold - felt more like autumn here yesterday with more blankets back on beds & 2 fires going in house to keep warm.
